Delivery + Returns
We use Royal Mail and DHL delivery services.
Shipping time will depend on your location. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, during busy periods times may vary slightly. Shipping times on UK orders will depend upon service chosen at checkout. Orders for Central Europe will take up to 5 business days and the rest of the world up to 10 business days.
Note these transit times are estimates and may vary. Please check periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
Bankrupt will gladly accept returns and issue store credit or refund the item (subject to being non sale or special discounted offer items). Items to be refunded or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened with all the original tags attached. Under garments such as boxer briefs and socks cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been removed from their original packaging. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return through the returns email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All sale items and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
Note, that you must ship the item back to us with a copy of your order confirmation within 14 days from the order date. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for the refund.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of the returning the item. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items may not be returned or exchanged in person at any store location.
Custom Duties and Export VAT
Standard UK VAT rate is charged to all orders within the European Union. This is Included in prices displayed on the site. For those countries that are out the EU, VAT will be removed from the total of your order at the checkout stage.
Please note that those countries, you will be liable to pay the country's VAT as well as any relevant import duties. Bankrupt assumes no responsibility in those packages help in customs if those charges are not settled by the customer when made aware by their national customs forces.
